OTC Projects Ltd is a design and build commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential development construction company based in Bream Bay, Whangārei.

Founded in 2022 by Oliver (Ollie) and Miriam Tuck, who also own the award-winning business Oliver Tuck Construction, OTC Projects Ltd have the skillset to deliver any project no matter the complexity or size.

A combination of Ollie and Miriam’s industry passion, their experience in delivering large complex projects in both the high end residential and commercial sectors, and the acquisition of key employees, their progression into commercial and industrial construction was inevitable.
