Commercial work has always been a huge interest of Ollie’s after working abroad on some very well-known large scale commercial projects such as Kings Cross Train Station and the Tate Britain. The plans to delve into the commercial world has been an exciting eventuality and one he has not taken lightly.

After 12 years of solid experience across commercial and residential projects Ollie and his wife Miriam started Oliver Tuck Construction (OTC) in 2013. OTC very soon became a highly sought after residential construction company building specialising in complex and exceptional homes throughout Northland.

Ten years later it is safe to say Ollie and his experienced team can now certainly meet the needs of any commercial project. Ollie has worked with some of the country’s most respected architects and industry specialists managing equally, if not more intensive and complex projects, than those usually seen in the commercial industry.

Although OTC has in fact already completed its fair share of commercial contracts, OTC Projects is a venture dedicated towards specialising solely on commercial, meeting the specific needs and means of each commercially minded client. And while OTC Projects is willing to take on any project be it large or small, it is Ollie’s goal for their team to be known in the commercial world, as OTC is in the residential world, for the ability to deliver a project of any scale or complexity.
