Sharon Morey

Sharon brings with her a wealth of knowledge in marketing, administration & management. She has over 15 years’ experience in real estate and property marketing (commercial, residential and projects/developments), with a notable role as National Marketing Manager for the largest real estate company in New Zealand. This experience provided her with a very keen eye for detail and essential understanding of planning, budgeting and time management on small and large scale projects.

Following this she decided it was time for a bit of a change and joined a national residential group building company which provided her with a wealth of knowledge not only in the building industry but also in streamlining processes and systems to provide efficiencies for both the company and client.

From there she joined OTC where she has helped grow with the team over the past four years going from a team of 9 to 39. Having been part of this growth has allowed Sharon to also help streamline the processes and procedures within the company and take on more including assisting the Project Management team with Health & Safety.
