Lots 41-49 Theodore Drive / Marsden City

In addition to the overriding role as Development Project Manager, OTC Projects were also awarded the design and build contract for the first stage of a 49 Lot medium density residential subdivision within the overriding Marsden City precinct.

The preconstruction and design phase was an extensive process with a multitude of planning and engineering implications the OTC Projects team was responsible for managing. But the most significant challenge was capturing the developers design brief and vision – nine architectural houses, each individually designed whilst maintaining commercially viability, within the competitive Bream Bay region. A task OTC Projects both embraced and executed.

With the bulk earthworks to this 29,000m² subdivision nearing completion, the construction phase for the Lots 41-49 is due to commence mid-October.
