Lot 2001 / Ruakaka

OTC Projects were engaged by Ruakaka based developers to undertake various roles for this 1458m² industrial building consisting of 9 individual unit titled tenancies in Ruakaka.

The ECI process commenced by completing preliminary subdivision investigations, concept design, estimating and feasibility reporting. Next, we were entrusted to manage the preconstruction phase from preliminary design through to building consent submission. This process included extensive value engineering and collaboration with the development team to ensure we provided a cost-effective purpose designed facility which captured their commercial requirements.

Construction onsite commenced July 2026, with completion forecast March 2027.
