Marsden City / Bream Bay

Marsden City is a 83ha Mixed Use land development in Bream Bay, Northland. OTC Projects have been entrusted by the developer to fill the role of Development Project Manager, which entails extensive responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Coordinating with planners in regards to master plan development and staging
• Coordinating landscape design
• Procuring engineering and surveying fee proposals for internal subdivision stages
• Tender analysis and assessment including contract awards
• Preparing, analysing and executing bulk earthworks tenders and contracts
• Liaising with local and regional authorities on consent lodgements
• Preparing and executing construction environmental plans
• Feasibility reports including concept designs and estimating for industrial staging
