YourVet Extension / Waipu

OTC Projects were one of three contractors invited to tender for the extension of an existing vet clinic in Waipu. The works entail the construction of two mono pitch lean to’s off an existing building, site and civil works, demolition, and full interior fit out.

With a tight a budget, short programme, and the added challenge of undertaking construction whilst the existing clinic remains fully operational, OTC Projects were awarded this contract based on our ability to deliver cost effective solutions, competitive overall price, and provide the highest level of communication throughout the tender process.

This project is currently under construction with a target completion date of late January 2024.
